1.02 Annual Tournaments for Rookie Division. The National Amateur Baseball Federation shall conduct annual tournaments for those affiliated associations having four (4) or more teams in this division in order to qualify for a bid to the regional and/or World Series. 1.03 Annual Tournaments for College Division. 1.05 NABF Special Events Program(s). The National Amateur Baseball Federation, with approval from the Board of Directors, shall conduct National and International Invitational Tournaments for affiliated associations in good standing. Such special event tournament(s) shall not be in conflict with the approved dates of the NABF annual National Regional or National Championship series of games for those age groups described under NABF Rules 1.01 thru 1.04. 1.06 NABF Classics World Series - Special Events. The official playing rules of the National Amateur Baseball Federation (official baseball rules) shall be the general playing rules for the NABF Classics, except when they may conflict with special NABF Classics Rules, as may be utilized for various age groups (i.e., player substitution rules, number of innings played, time limits, etc.). Such rules must be approved by the NABF Special Events Committee and made known to managers/coaches of team participants.
